This automatic shutoff valve (ASOV) prevents fuel leakage and optimizes the emptying of the tank to reduce the unused mass of fuel. Furthermore, our Intelligent Flow Control system (IFC) avoids an unintentional fuel shutoff (e.g. temporary pressure loss due to air in the fuel line).

Electrically driven high-performance pump designed for transmission oil cooling with BLDC-motor and intelligent control electronics (IFC = Intelligent Flow Control). At a condition of 120 °C medium and 80 °C ambient temperature the pump delivers 540 l/h at 3 bar, but the performance data is adjustable depending on load condition, processor and ambient/medium temperature.

This valve consists of a PVDF and a stainless steel ball and is known for reliable, bubble-tight sealing. Furthermore, a piston ensures a defined residual pressure of the valve. Thus, this valve is a great choice for fuel applications where tight shutoff and an additionally defined residual pressure function are necessary. It has a total length of 93 mm, weights only 65 g and responses faster than comparable products.

Our new lightweight two ball tank vent valve has a total length of 75,7 mm, weights 45 g only and responses faster than comparable products. This valve consists of a PVCF and a stainless steel ball and is known for reliable, bubble-tight sealing. Thus, they are a great choice for fuel applications where tight shutoff is necessary. Essentially they allow the tank to vent and prevent fuel from escaping e.g. in case of a rollover.

Lighter, threefold longer life and higher efficiency compared to classic DC motors. The control unit is integrated in the flow body. – available in 90 or 78 mm, as a Flowmax or Efficiency version.

Everything gets destroyed except of this switch. Lightweight and leak-proof, no corrosion at switch contacts due to the closed system; extremely resilient: 50 g+, about 110 g, 13.5 VDC.
